Some vendor/customer relationships are simple. Then there’s ISE Labs and its customers. ISE Labs provides a full spectrum of services related to the testing of integrated circuits. Its customers are the companies that make those circuits. ISE was managing its customer relationships in the way many companies do: through e-mail. And that was a problem.
Implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM provided ISE with much more visibility into the customer relationship process. However, they now needed a software solution that would provide more accountability for the resolution of customer issues, and more
collaboration and workflow capabilities to expedite customer service. More importantly, this solution had to be able to integrate with their Dynamics CRM system.
