Invita Reduces Document Printing and Distribution Costs with New Document Management Solution

Invita, which uses Microsoft Dynamics AX, is one of Denmark's largest Kitchen & Bedroom manufacturers and sells its products through 50 retail outlets in Denmark, Norway and Sweden. Invita was spending a lot of money on printing, and when they needed to change a form, for instance to update a telephone number, they had to throw out all the remaining copies and order a new stack from the printers. It was a hopeless system, so needed to look for a smarter output and document management solution.
