Customer Testimonial

Episerver's premier of Ascend B2B, our virtual conference, went off without a hitch.

From tactical sessions like getting more out of your ecommerce website, to inspirational sessions about redefining resilience, there was something for everyone. We had two tracks running simultaneously, with an on demand library full of deep dives into technology and partner case studies.

When Wacom first decided they needed a portal to manage their partner needs, integration with their CRM system, Microsoft Dynamics 365 was crucial to their final decision. Their CRM is used mainly for operations management, which means the entire company, including sales, marketing, customer support, and social media all rely heavily on their CRM. Impartner's seamless integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365 allowed Wacom to easily create and manage a partner portal that ultimately increased productivity and ROI.

CommScope helps companies around the world design, build and manage their wired and wireless network infrastructure. For CommScope, their partners play a critical role in bringing their solutions to life. In rebuilding the company’s portal, the objective was to move from a home-grown portal while simultaneously transitioning into Microsoft Dynamics 365. By working together from the start to ensure the CRM implementation went hand in hand with their Impartner build, they are now capable of efficiently facilitating processes and building meaningful partner relationships.

After years of steadily acquiring new companies, Willemen Groep set off on a strategic initiative to unify its core financial processes onto the Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations enterprise resource planning (ERP) platform. A fragmented and aging ERP landscape was impacting operational performance, making it difficult to get a real-time, up-to-date picture of the group’s financials.

Based in Belgium — with operations around the world — Studio 100 produces popular television series and theater productions for children, as well as TV, musicals and stage shows aimed at teenagers and adults.

Behind the scenes, however, Studio 100’s ERP needed more than a simple costume change to help facilitate this growth. The Microsoft Dynamics AX 4.0 platform, implemented by Avanade in 2008, had reached its end of life and could no longer be updated. Additionally, the on-premises infrastructure couldn’t be accessed by creative teams on location in an easy way.
